The Midtown Group specializes in placing office support staff for every department in any office in three areas: Direct Hire, Temp-to-Hire, and Temporary Placement. Executive Search Process: 

Define Search Objectives:

  • Meet with client to ensure understanding of client’s business and culture
  • Obtain client consensus on position’s scope of responsibilities, compensation, reporting relationships, and profile of desired new hire

  • Develop and review the search plan with the client

Candidate Generation and Assessment:

  • Identify target sources using proprietary database, network of contacts, and freshly generated research and recruiting
  • Identify candidates

  • Prepare detailed profiles and evaluation reports on each candidate’s strengths and weaknesses

Selection:
